CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1. GENERAL PRINCIPLE: STRICT "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" / NO-REFUND POLICY

At Pawebzar (legally owned and operated by Sadiam Fraga LLC), we enforce a strict, clear, and uncompromising no-refund policy across all commercial transactions, digital services, software licenses, domain acquisitions, and recurring subscriptions executed through our website, checkout pages, or authorized merchant processors.

ALL PURCHASES, INITIAL PAYMENTS, RECURRING BILLING CHARGES, AND SERVICE FEES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

By purchasing or subscribing to any offering provided by Pawebzar, you explicitly acknowledge, agree, and legally consent to the following:

1. Immediate Execution: Service provisioning, automated workflow deployment, server allocation, and digital asset preparation commence immediately upon successful confirmation of payment.
2. Instant Provisioning: Our automated systems instantly dispatch digital credentials, system access, configuration links, or onboarding technical intake questionnaires required to initiate service delivery.
3. Waiver of Withdrawal Rights: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you expressly, voluntarily, and irrevocably waive any statutory "cooling-off" period, right of withdrawal, revocation, or refund rights provided under national, federal, or international consumer regulations.

2. SERVICE-SPECIFIC APPLICATION

2.1. Managed Web Design and Maintenance Services (Start, Pro, Business, Enterprise)

• Client Non-Responsiveness / Delay: Immediately following payment, our system sends the onboarding technical intake questionnaire to collect your business branding, copy, and visual assets. The Client’s failure, delay, or refusal to submit required materials does not entitle the Client to a refund, account credit, or billing suspension. Server resources, licenses, and dedicated technical labor are reserved immediately upon checkout.
• Subjective Dissatisfaction: Services include scheduled monthly revision allowances tailored to the active plan tier. Subjective dissatisfaction, business model modifications, lack of market results, or non-utilization of the created website do not constitute valid grounds for reimbursement.

2.2. Website Builder Software Licenses ("Do It Yourself")

• SaaS access, drag-and-drop builder modules, and cloud hosting infrastructure are provisioned instantaneously upon checkout via automated credential generation. No full, partial, or prorated refunds will be issued under any circumstances, regardless of actual software utilization or activity.

2.3. Reseller / White-Label Program

• Activating a multi-account reseller dashboard, allocating 50 or 100 client sub-account seats, and cloning a dedicated white-label agency website involves immediate, irreversible technical and infrastructural overhead. All recurring or annual fees paid under the Reseller Program are strictly non-refundable.

2.4. VIP Two-Tier Affiliate Enablement Fee ($27.00 USD)

• The optional one-time payment of twenty-seven U.S. Dollars ($27.00 USD) to enable two-tier technical tracking for sub-affiliates represents a final software activation and configuration fee. This fee is non-refundable and does not carry any performance guarantee or financial return assurance.

2.5. Domain Registrations and Technical Release Fees

• Domain registrations and the mandatory Domain Liberation and Administrative Transfer Fee ($99.00 USD) are executed irreversibly through global registry databases (ICANN). These technical operations cannot be undone and are entirely non-refundable.

3. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION ("ZERO LOCK-IN")

We operate on a transparent, no-commitment subscription framework:

• Cancellation Anytime: You may cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time without cancellation penalties, early termination fees, or hidden charges.
• Standard Cancellation Notice: Cancellation must be executed directly through your customer billing dashboard or formally submitted via email to soporte@pawebzar.com at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the upcoming billing cycle renewal date.
• Post-Cancellation Effects:
  1. Once canceled, access to your website, builder platform, or reseller infrastructure will remain fully operational through the conclusion of your current, prepaid billing period (month, year, or two-year term).
  2. No partial, prorated, or retroactive refunds will be issued for unused days or remaining months within the prepaid billing term.
  3. Upon conclusion of the prepaid term, the website, hosting, and software access will be immediately deactivated and suspended from public viewing.

4. CHARGEBACKS, FRAUDULENT DISPUTES, AND ABUSE

Clients agree to contact our designated support channel (contacto@pawebzar.com) to address and resolve any billing inquiry or technical discrepancy before filing a bank dispute or payment inquiry.

• Legal Defense and Evidence Submission: In the event of an unjustified chargeback, fraudulent retrieval request, or "unrecognized charge" claim submitted via a financial institution, Stripe, or PayPal, Sadiam Fraga LLC will immediately submit this contractual agreement, along with time-stamped digital delivery logs, electronic intake forms, IP access records, and affirmative checkout checkbox consents.
• Immediate Termination: The initiation of a payment dispute or chargeback results in the immediate, permanent revocation of all active accounts, software licenses, hosted websites, and associated services. Sadiam Fraga LLC reserves all legal rights to recover disputed balances, bank processing penalties, collection expenses, and statutory legal fees through lawful collection remedies.

5. EXTRAORDINARY TECHNICAL EXCEPTIONS

Refund requests will only be considered under the following strictly defined, extraordinary circumstances:

1. Verified Duplicate Billing: In the event that a payment processing gateway error results in multiple, identical charges for the same transaction on the same date, the redundant transaction will be promptly reversed upon verification of merchant processing logs.
2. Irreparable Platform Defect: If, due solely to internal platform infrastructure failures attributable exclusively to Pawebzar, access to the contracted services cannot be provisioned and our technical engineering team fails to rectify the failure within fifteen (15) business days following formal written notification.

Any extraordinary refund granted outside these narrow criteria shall be determined at the sole, exclusive, and unreviewable discretion of Sadiam Fraga LLC, without creating any obligation, precedent, or future entitlement.
