All digital assets, technical infrastructure, software applications, visual designs, user interfaces, branding, typography, illustrations, icons, media animations, interactive 3D WebGL modules, marketing frameworks, documentation, and underlying source code (including but not limited to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and proprietary scripting) displayed on or powering pawebzar.com and its associated sub-platforms are the exclusive intellectual property of Sadiam Fraga LLC (hereinafter "Pawebzar", "We", "Us", or the "Company") or are utilized under authorized commercial licenses.

These assets are protected to the maximum extent permitted by United States copyright laws, international treaties, federal trademark statutes, and intellectual property conventions.

2. STRICT PROHIBITION OF SOURCE CODE AND DESIGN EXTRACTION

Our service operates under a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and managed infrastructure delivery framework:

1. Non-Portability of Code: When you subscribe to our managed website design services or license our builder software, you acquire a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to utilize and display the website strictly while hosted on our managed cloud environment.
2. No Source Code Delivery: Under no circumstances shall Pawebzar deliver, transfer, export, migrate, or furnish source code files, database schemas, raw asset repositories, or proprietary scripts to the Client, Reseller, or any third party upon account cancellation, suspension, or termination.
3. Prohibition of Reverse Engineering: You are strictly prohibited from copying, decompiling, reverse-engineering, modifying, mirroring, distributing, sublicensing, or extracting our site templates, 3D interactive libraries, or software architecture without express prior written consent from Sadiam Fraga LLC.

3. USER CONTENT AND CLIENT WARRANTY

As a Client, Subscriber, or Reseller:

• Ownership of Client Assets: You retain full and exclusive copyright and intellectual property rights over the brand logos, registered trademarks, original copywriting, and specific media files you supply to us for integration into your website.
• Client Representation and Warranty: By transmitting assets through our intake forms or uploading media to our builder, you warrant and represent under penalty of law that:
  1. You are the sole copyright owner of such materials or hold formal, verified commercial licenses or authorizations to utilize, display, and distribute them publicly.
  2. The content does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights, trademarks, privacy rights, or applicable statutes.
• Indemnification: You expressly agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sadiam Fraga LLC, its officers, contractors, and agents from any legal claims, liabilities, damages, statutory fees, or attorney costs arising out of copyright or trademark infringement allegations related to content provided by you.

4. RESELLER / WHITE-LABEL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RULES

Under the Reseller Program:

• Cloned Agency Website: The cloned agency website supplied to Resellers is licensed exclusively for client acquisition while their Reseller subscription remains in active standing. Ownership of the template, structure, and source code remains permanently vested in Sadiam Fraga LLC.
• End-User Infringement: Resellers are strictly and solely responsible for monitoring the intellectual property compliance of materials published by their own end-clients. Any verified infringement notice originating from a sub-account may result in the immediate deactivation of the offending seat or entire reseller workspace.

5. NOTICE AND TAKEDOWN POLICY (DMCA COMPLIANCE)

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512 - DMCA), Pawebzar respects third-party copyright ownership and has established an expedited takedown procedure to address formal notices of claimed infringement.

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on pawebzar.com or within our network infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal DMCA Notification containing the following mandatory elements:

1. Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. Identification of the Infringed Work: A clear description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (including registration numbers or relevant URLs if applicable).
3. Identification of the Infringing Material: The exact URL or specific technical location on our servers where the alleged infringing material is located, detailed sufficiently to allow our engineering team to locate and verify it.
4. Complainant Contact Information: Your legal name, physical mailing address, telephone number, and active email address.
5. Good Faith Statement: A statement affirming that you have a good faith belief that the contested use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. Perjury Statement: A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information contained in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

6. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY

In full compliance with federal law, Sadiam Fraga LLC enforces a strict policy of terminating accounts, websites, or reseller seats that are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
